Here at StarrBeautyy we take privacy and safety seriously, in short please familiarise yourself with the below policies to allow for a seamless experience.
Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to adhere to this policy all on day cancellations/no shows will incur a fee equivalent to 80% of the scheduled service. Please get in contact to avoid this.Payment Policy
All services must be paid for at the end of the appointment. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are not provided after 48 hours. If you are dissatisfied, please discuss your concerns within 48 hours and refunds can be discussed on a case to case basis.Hygiene Policy
All tools and equipment are sanitised and disinfected before and after each use. Clients are encouraged to maintain personal hygiene prior to their appointments.Allergy Policy
Clients must inform staff of any allergies or skin sensitivities prior to treatments. A patch test needs to be requested on a personal basis as we don’t offer these to every client.Consultation Policy
All clients will be required to take part in a verbal consultation at the start of the appointment slot. This will ensure that we tailor our services to meet individual needs.Age Policy
Clients under the age of 18 are not permitted to be seen unless for nail services and this requires written consent from a parent/carer.Behaviour Policy
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour towards our staff or other clients.Promotional Policy
Promotions or discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated. By agreeing to this policy you agree for your face to appear on social media for promotional use. Our model services are reduced or free in exchange for content of our choice, specificities can not be requested.
